  • 0:11 WEIN...er. Pause for a split second and you'll see it.

  • its all about the music

  • i love the music!! but i dont think its original

  • yea, more or less..

  • We've come a long way...and no it's nthing like a 'k-hole' though you were probably being facisious, eh? Or it is facious? fascist? fecetious? fececious? Whatevs. Ketemine, as with any dissociative, can produce >*intense*< out of body experiences that are as much tactile as visual and audio. Basically, it's a 'real' phenomenan, not a moviescreen inside the head. Or , urm, a friend told me as much. I don't even care if I spelled every word wrong you gets the idea, right?

  • This man is my great great great grandfather!

  • that must be what a k-hole looks like ;)

  • Awesome! But are you sure this is from 1910? The title and ending seem a little modern for the time.

    Thanks for sharing anyway :)

  • Ya but Absinthe is THE shit. Can"t get it in the USA--sure as there's a heaven, it's worth going to Europe for.

  • @TheElissaS Absinthe is available in the USA. It may not be widely distributed, but govt. legalized the sale of absinthe. There are 6 brands on the shelves of my favorite liquor store (not counting absinthe substitutes which do not contain wormwood). Some are even made in the USA.

  • Que pastrulo era Emile Cohl jaja. Y pensar en dónde estamos ahora en cuanto animación, hemos recorrido un largo camino :)

  • Found It! With a lot of help. The name of the tune is called 'Fond of You' and was recorded in 1925 by Harry Reser's Syncopators. The complete recording (requires RealPlayer) can be found at Red Hot Jazz dot Com.

  • Very cool and whimsical! What an age it must have been to live through! This cartoon entertained me more than the crap they peddle on Saturday mornings these days!

  • On that Ball thing it say vino wine

  • Wow! 100 years old cartoon!

  • DORGAS!

  • The music seems inappropriate for 1910. A ragtime piece would be more fitting.

  • this dude is tripping balls...rotflol

  • early 20th century psychadelia. wow.

  • This is supposedly created by the founding father of animation, and is about an ABSINTHE trip.

  • WTF?

  • the music sounds like it's from the twenties...i'd like to know who it is

  • Love this music

  • more absinthe propaganda :/

  • I think some of the footage from the original work is missing in this post.

  • oh my gosh Yoda! 0:38
