When you you start spinning and spinning so much, then stop while your all dizzy and see you see the room moving, while never going anywhere.

The Shepard Tone continuously appears to descend, so the opposite would be something that continuously ascends. There's no name for it, but the sound of the Batpod that Hans Zimmer created for The Dark Knight would fit. It's a combination of jungle cat/motorcycle noises, mixed together and fed through a software program. It continuously gets higher every second of a given camera shot, but I don't think it ever increases in pitch.
