If I remember correctly, the trucker was on a crack cocaine binge and sleep deprivation. He was charged with DUI, assault w/ deadly weapon, reckless driving and other charges and was given a 10 year sentence. Saw it on "Most Shocking." If this isn't the same one, all I could see is reckless driving, resisting arrest and assault w/ deadly weapon.

@danieladderle 1) He was clearing traffic so no one got ran over.
2) He got off the exit with his gun out to try and stop the 18 wheeler, motorcycle cops do more than than u think.
