This does not surprize me at all, Disney has been using "Color Physcology" for years. The 2 sides this cartoon are Green and Purple/ Big Spender/ Joker/ Democrat VERSUS Blue and Red/ Thrifty/ Clown/ Republican. Interesting technique they used to brainwash people into paying a tax that is unconstitutional. Income tax was devised to pay for wars. The income tax was used only to be legitimate during wartime. So of coarse, that is why the the U.S. government and the federal reserve continue to find a war to fight- so they can keep charging income tax. Otherwise, all working Americans would be exempt from paying this unconstitutional tax of patriotic slavery. The reason I abandoned patriotism long ago.

There is the 16th Amendment backing the income tax. However, it was passed in a very crooked manner- during winter vacation when most senators were at home with their families, by the bankers of the Federal Reserve. Needless to say, there is no statue of laws backing the 16th Amendment. Unfortunately, many lawyers, and even former IRS agents, could not find the laws requiring Americans to pay income tax- the reason they are former IRS agents. I would start with the 16th Amendment.

No, but the Constitution was created with the ability to be amended. Creating an amendment CHANGES the constitution. For example, it is currently unconstitutional for a foreign-born person to be President. An amendment could change that. Hell, for a while it was unconstitutional to have or sell alcohol.

By the way, the term "unconstitutional" didn't even come about until long after the Constitution was made.

Anyway, yes, the idea of something being declared unconstitutional appeared first in the 1803 Supreme Court case of Marbury v. Madison, which established the principle of judicial review. That's sixth or maybe seventh grade US history there.

The U.S. income tax originally only applied to the upper most 5% of the population. It was effectively a sumptuary tax on the super rich.

The income tax was only made to apply to ordinarly workers during WWII. It wasn't really necessary either. The gov't doesn't really need most people to pay in. It was only done to make ordinary, non-military people feel like they were participating in the war effort.
