@Yasanobu in my opinion she would not have made it because she doesnt get the kick from pushing through her legs so she would not spin fast enough, and as she falls her speed increases due to the acceleration by gravity.

Why can't a 15 year old compete in a senior level competition? A lot of young divers compete at that level, nationals or even Olympics as young as 14 like Alex Despatie (back when he was way younger) and Tom Daley.
