@biblebuble lou's billed height was 6' 5",that means he was 6'4".All ppl lose height as they age(1 inch/20 years since 40 ,lou is 60 so he is 6'3" now.)O'hearn is 6'3" billed an 6'2" real.Lou appears to be slightly taller,but his posture isnt as good as Mike's:))

@biblebuble no bodybuilder is natural.Even if he doesnt use roids,when u eat a few pounds of meat/day like they do u grow muscle alot.These guys eat 1-1.5 grams protein /lb they weight.If they weight thats 300grams of pure protein.Pure protein is 1/5-1/4 of actual cooked meat,so mike,4 example eats 1500 grams of meat/day-3.5 lb Anyone who would eat those quantities ant train with intensity,plus good genes would be Huge

You´re wrong. If you ate tons of meat and trained at insane intensity and if you had the perfect genetics, you would still look like of the guys who compete at WNBF. :-)

Check the FFMI calculators in the internet.

A natural bodybuilder with perfect genetics who is 5 feet 10 will enter the WNBF stage with a bodyweight of 180-190 pounds/5% bodyfat.

Big Louie and bodybuilding opponents had to consider/use steroids to compete with each other ever since the first people started to use them. Unfortunately someone had to cheat to gain an edge, BUT Lou Ferrigno still looks great, and shows no signs of someone 57 years old using steroids. I've seen it and you will know also; like something's wrong. Lou's lifestyle/ ethnicity has kept him looking younger. Many older people these days, steroid-free, look as muscular but without Lou's big frame

I was at the LVCC for the olympia expo last year with my wife. And i remember when she pointed out O'Hearn, I specifically remember him, he was wearing cowboy boots underneath his jeans, which also had a nice tall heel on them. So i would say that ferrigno's height is pretty accurate. Im 6.0 even and he towered over me. Funny though if you are into bodybuilding as myself and remember sean ray. THat guy is tiny. he looked to be about 5'5 or something
