The tune isn't "It had to be you" but "When Buddah smiles". (Spellings differ but look for "When Boudha smiles" on YT). This tune should be better knows as it is great.
This is actually "Spike Jones and his OTHER Orchestra", a short-lived 1946-'47 experiment; that group essentially performed "straight" dance music, which, unfortunately, most listeners weren't interested in hearing...
