yep; i had each of the four corners bluetacked down, so it was kinda annoying having to unstick it each time.. made sure it stayed in one position though.
I think i went OTT with the rotation after the first bit; i couldn't really tell how much time had passed before the last turn :(
tbh i'd say 15fps is the bare minimum to use, any lower and i find it impossible to make it flow and not to make it look robotic.. which is the trick to good stop motion. Just set it to 15 and practise to see how much ou have to move things for each frame to make it flow. There's dozens of tacky stop motions out there, an if you really wanna stand out an look good you've gotta put the time into it :)
nice

How did you get it to turn around? Did you have to take a picture of every single angle change?

Ah right, must of taken ages :O
Surely theres a program that can do that? D:
Tommybob3000 2 years ago
A program that could... rotate it?
If there is, it'd probably take longer than doing it manually and would be x100 more complicated

Thanks, i used 15fps in this one, but i usually use 24. There was no way i was gonna do this in 24fps!
EvoProd 3 years ago
wow 24! i use 12 in my animations, but just
15 fps seems kinda hard for me!
i'll check out your other animations!
