@xSS4x AO updates faster then AR. But AO playerbase is declining becorse of the new updates, they ruined the game sort of. We have not had so huge changes as them so i think AR is better.

@Eskimonster Well i dont know how update can make the game worse... I think it might be the fact that you gain more xp and its easier to get items that made the player base lower. That and I think they had hacking issues as well no? And I read something about most SCO playing AR instead of AO so that might explain the stronger community...

@xSS4x atm is BCU biggest and win 2/3 of wars. therefor its actually boring to be a bcu becorse theres is not much to do beside just gate camping, but us ANI hafto be cleaver to win and actually use our brain.

There was a private server once upon a time called AeRO Ace, some people played on it during the time between SCO shutting down and AR starting up.

The person who hosted it shut it down after he become convinced that "someone was watching him" or something, after all AR private servers are illegal.

@daveusosn This is not the private server, it was the NAAO Closed Beta, I only played it because I got to mess about with things I couldn't on a normal server, free items, easily leveling to see what level 100 is like and such etc.

I'm not actually 100% sure, I never bothered to compare the two.

I "think" the finished Exocist binder is better than a V4 Rapid in both health and evasion, but I think the V5 Rapid has overall more health, but about 0.80% less evasion or so.

Well generally neither are better, both have pros and cons, personally I'll always have a soft spot for my I-g though since it was my first gear, and because it's the fastest gear.

If you're from the US you would lag less in Ace Online and lag a bit more in Air Rivals, you can play AR if you want though, there are no I.P bans, AR has more players, but Ace seems to have more GM events, take your pick. =]

No other version of this game except Air Rivals and Ace Online really matter, just trust me.

Ace Online and Air rivals are the same game but have a different name due to different hosts and location, play Ace if you live in America/Canada and play Air Rivals if you live in Europe/UK. Air rivals has more players then Ace Online and Ace is a bit more balanced I think.

There are no I.P bans, if you live in the US you can play the European version and vice-versa.

Well you'd probably get the same amount of latency in either Ace Online or Air Rivals, I would still recommend Air Rivals though as we have a much higher player base and therefore less likely to shut down due to the revenue they are getting, you can still play Ace if you want but I heard there are few players there and as such is boring, take your pick though.

There was a private server for SCO/ARs once, this was the first place I tried arena and most of the new stuff.

I can't remember who hosted the server but I remember one of the admins, he will remain nameless so he doesn't get in trouble.

It was a permanent x2 HH, and I was even close to becoming ANI's leader back then.

The hoster just pulled the plug on the server one day saying Masang "was watching him" and that was it... I waited till ARs CB finished and I started playing again.

It all depends on your luck, the drop rate is very veeeeery low, on the server Helix on Air-Rivals every 500 bosses or so drops one, it all depends on chance.

I used Arrows for the entire video, thats the blue cloudly missiles, the red phoenix missile was also an arrow but it looked like that since it had an item shop trail on it.

Well the first type of arrow is level 17 I think, and from that point on there is another type of arrow every 5 levels until level 97. Arrows drop randomly from NPCs, so keep leveling and you will eventually find one, or of course you could buy them from players.
