For a gag. Roll up the panties (or something) then put scarf in and tie behind head. Make SURE to put the scarf in widely so it covers the whole front of the panties.
I forgot two steps(individual). One, put them on their tummy pull their tied legs towards their head, the n u tie hands to feet. (This one is optional) to add another layer of difficulty instead of tieing hands and elbows side by side, tie elbows behind back and then tie hands in front. Once you tie the hands tie just the elbows to the knees. Oh and don't use socks for gags. They are too bulky, try putting balled up panties as they are just the right size. Continued next comment
If you have another person I dare them to hog tie you two back to back barefoot with proper gags. You hogtie someone(individually) by tieing their hands and elbows side by side and ( be careful on the elbows) tieing their feet and knees side by side. Then you tie the feet to the hands so they're on there belly with feet and hands tied together. To do back to back just tie both peoples elbows and knees together.
I dare you to fill a big bucket full of water, dunk your complete head under water so that your hair will be totally wet. Of course you can also use a bathtub for this dare ;-)
