One truth that Ray Manzarek misses is that the left is every bit as murderous as the right, if not moreso. In the U.S., any hope of peace lies outside both the democrat and republican establishments. Interestingly, looking back into American history, it was the Old Right that stood for peace against the liberal push to spread democracy by force.
