I wonder if they have done that in this case? Even after a whole year, people are still coming up with insights about the two's initial response. I certainly remember feeling very strange when the woman said they did not "physically" search for Maddie in the immediate aftermath last May. It was a time when perfect strangers were combing the whole area looking for the lass (see video here about them not phycially searching.) Lovely Kate also had a huge varierty of summer tops (they were supposed to stay in Portugal for only one week.) She changed her earrings and always had her triple strands of necklaces. Perfect make up and hair everytime. Not ONE tear shedded all through up to now. Amamzing lady, the Mother of the Century.

If Kate had lost her earrings, she would be roaming all over the resort looking for them. But she herself said on TV that neither of them had "physically" searched for the beloved daughter. They did not move a muscle when the whole town poured out to look for the kid in the fields, streets, beaches. They are still not doing that. Go on Oprah, give interviews to magazines, newspapers; planting stories to make themselves look good. They are experts in those.

Gerry complaining about "press intrusion" yesterday in the House of Commons. Jeremy Paxman asked the creep whether he also courted the press. A most chilling, psycopathy smirk appeared on his face and stayed there for a whole minute. LIke he was saying, "I can do what I like; so what!" Then he asked Paxman if he was playing "devil's advocate. It just freezed my blood. Paxman quietly ended by asking him about Madeleine. Jerry was surprised that Maddy was brought up. But you must understand that every time they went on a foreign tour, they made sure to tell the world how they were "missing" their Maddie and it just eats them up that she was not there to enjoy the luxurious life style. Sadly, Madeleine McCann died in May 2007.
She died as an indirect consequence of being sedated, in the holiday home in Portugal and her parents have known all along. Kate and Gerry McCann disposed of Madeleine's body to save their careers and avoid losing their remaining children.
The McCanns bring shame on the good name of Britain and its people. Worse still, their actions continue to cause anguish to children worldwide.
Please help bring this fraudulent charade to an end.

The British police sometimes use psychologists who are experts in body language during press conferences to observe the parents behaviour, speech patterns etc in cases like this, and they can often tell if one or both parents know something. I wonder if they have done that in this case? It strikes me that in the days after M went missing, the parents did not seem that distressed. no red eyes from crying etc...they seemed so cool and collected.....how?

Even after a whole year, people are still coming up with insights about the two's initial response. I certainly remember feeling very strange when the woman said they did not "physically" search for Maddie in the immediate aftermath last May. It was a time when perfect strangers were combing the whole area looking for the lass (see video here about them not phycially searching.) They undoubtedly jogged and played tennis and changed earrings in the first few days!!!!

I suppose Cabbagemintor the reason she never woke up would be put down to the fact she was DRUGGED, as not to wake up as she had done on numerous occasions.
It all fits in perfect, she had woken up, neighbours were geting suspicious, she had even asked as to why they never came when she cries, so they sedated her, i'd put my house on it.
That is why they are shitting a brick, this would also haved shown up on autopsy.
I just want this whole farce to come to an end like everybody else.

The reason is simply really - they are at last beginning to feel guilty at leaving a dear little girl and her brother/sister alone in an unlocked apartment in a foreign country while they enjoyed drinking/eating - they should have been charged with 'neglect'!

elmobuffy, they have said many times that they want to take a low profile "from now onwards" until something important breaks, e.g. when Gerry went back to work. But, every time, the publicity juggernaut got roaring again: sightings, Christmas appeal, Shannon Matthews, testing the water for movie deals, interviews Vanity Fair, People magazines etc; and of course, a gang of very noisy relatives all sounding off constantly. Love the publicity? You bet! All they care is fame and fortune. Guilt? No!

Prof, am I mistaken? I thought Gaunty demolished Clarissa, made him sound stupid and contradictory, teasing him about the money; Clarrisa starting enthusing about how money just poured in after each fresh "appeal" and how they need "every penny they can get." It is all on tape. Gaunty asked yesterday why the fact that Maddie was crying the night before was not told to us by the Mccanns themselves instead of them complaining about "leaks" by PJ to discredit them. My thoughts entirely.

McTrolls have multiply incredibly in the past week - dozens of new names joining the YT just to comment on the McCann videos!
I believe they are launching a campaign on YT too, trying to manipulte and control internauts' opinion. They've been very angry because they haven't been able to control the internet to the same extent they control other media.

I envisage a scenario when Kate and Gerry would be heading some big charity for "Child Safety" or maybe even representing the United Nations. It is possible if the media stays like that. I read the reviews of that "One Year On" documentary and the rest of the press. 99% were totally sympathetic and fawning. The truth is to be found right here, with people like you monitoring their weird and unusual behavior. Gaunt has always been critical of them and even Alison Peason has told them to stop.

Yes, crispiva 1, the internet is the only place that is not hynotized by them. They now resemble some budding cult leaders, with a out-of-the world persona and holier-than- thou attitude. The female taking the pulpit yesterday to tell people to "pray like mad" is another example of their attempt at mass manipulation. The papers kept saying they were "sobbing" and "weeping," but I have never seen them cry. Only endless calculation and scheming with the prospect of a pot of gold at the end.

They are the nasty ones, towards their own daughter, because they refuse to go to Portugal and assist the police with their investigation.
At first they asked for a crimewatch style reenactment, then Gerry said that it will be no good because the PJ have announced the date.

It turns out, she was there but she had not left the table until after KM shouted from the apartment "They 've taken her".
Why did everyone assume that "they 've taken" meant Madeleine and not Amelie?

I believe that in Sandra Felgueiras interview Gerry said that the abductor was almost caught by Jane.
But do you believe JT kept her 'Panorama' version of the story when she talked to the British police? One thing is to lie to a reporter (even though the world could see how ridiculous her account was)- another thing is to lie to the police! And I'm totally convinced that JT lied to Panorama!

I believe JT has lied to Panrama, under pressure from the McCann's.
Lawyers of T and O, had contacted the PJ and informed them they wanted to clarify their statements.
When the PJ went to England, they did change their statements.
Taner/O'Brien did not attend the anniversary services for Madeleine.
Obviously, there is a "difference" of opinion between them and the McCann's.

Do not believe a word she say any more. I have given up all hope for them both. Note their interview technique; they have it down to a fine art now. They work in unison, one throwing out a verbal smokescreen, the other backing it up or throwing another himself/herself.

ENNOUGH is ENNOUGH. Are the Maccanns commited to the portuguese secrecy law? yes(only when its good for them) but they dont respect it. Amazing to see from where actually came all the leaks. It's all about them, their feeling, their theorys. I hope they realise that on top of neglecting Madeleine they damaged the relations between Portugal and the UK, they damaged the image of Portugal and the image of the british familys which are now looked with suspicious when they travel out of UK.

Their Portuguese lawyer said the McCann's want to go for the reconstruction but their friends can't.
There is always someone else to blame, remember, no listening device, no buggy.

They did not mention the buggy until a few days ago, for crying out loud1!! The fact is, except for the first night, they at every single night at the Tapas Bar, staying for three hours or more each night, drinking at least 20 bottles of wine each time. The buggy was never an issue. She is just trying to confuse us. I saw them with a buggy a hundred times after Maddie was gone. Evidently, you can hire one. Couldn't they afford it before Maddie was gone? They never wanted to eat with the kids.

Kate said it was like a horror movie for her. And Gerry said that being made suspects and fear of going to jail was "absolutely" the worst moments. I thought Madeleine is living in a horror movie and what happened to her was "absolutely" the worst thing ever. Am I missing something. I am not a mother, but my nieces come before myself every time. It is always what they feel that count, not my feelings. I am not alone, that is called love.

How can they say they are bound by the secrecy law when they have given so many interviews. Their gang has been extremely noisy for the whole year as well. As far as I can see, the only thing they are VERY reluctant to talk about it what exactly were their movements on that fateful day. They say they cannot talk about the details, reason as above. But I know the real reason. They are not barred from talking about that by the PJ at all. They just cannot make the story stick if the details are out

Yes, I read about that too. Kate said that the Fritzl story gave them "hope!!" I was gobsmacked; has she no feeling, this cold, cold woman? They kept insisting that "Madeleine is out there. And that "one piece of information" could crack the case. If so, why not go back to do the reconstruction? More than one piece of info would probably be generated. They are saying those weird things and I am getting more and more suspicious of them. Refer to my Columbo rule: watch out for out of the ordinary

Prof, they have no desire to go back at all cost; lawyers expert in extradiction law have been hired long ago. You see, it would not fit them to return at all: fear of questioning or even arrest; hostility from the good people of Portugal; their own guilty conscience etc. Go to pay respects to Madeleine? Never heard such a ridiculous idea. It is them, them, them....until hell freezes over!!!!

I have never seen anything so crass in my whole life. Ben Needham's mother never ask for money and very little publicity or help, but even after l5 years, she hops on a plane every time a sighting of her son is reported. They make me sick, sick, sick!!!

They said that those "hate mail" are nasty for nasty's sake, and that "we are not like that and we do not know anybody like that." There are millions of words condemning about their crass, greedy, irresponsible and arrogant behavior. They are nasty to Robert Murat, impugning totally innocent people with their constant "spotting of Madeliene," endlessly asking for money, publicity hungry to a deranged state and using the twins for their purposes. They just refused to listen to any criticism.

I was kinda relieved that they seem to have stopped the "spot an aductor a day" game with Clarrisa as ringmaster; but you are more prescient than me. Really, the man has already been interviewed by PJ; still Classisa has him "involved" in another case of "near snatching." The "new" story broke so conveniently at the time when this " first anniversary" publicity blitz is unleashed by the "firm." SHUT UP!!
