Listening to the Hip, OLP and other Canadian groups really drives home the fact that we are unique and have our own culture on this side of the fence, and this is coming from an Erykah Badu/Anthony Hamilton fan. Guess you could say that my musical taste is kind of all over the place. It's good to sample different styles of music, helps to expand the mind. One thing's for sure though, at the end of the day i'm proud to be Canadian...

Personally, while yes they were stoners in their earlier days of being Tragically Hip, that's not all they were about. Look at "Ahead by a Century" or "Fiddler's Green". Those are more saddening/nostalgic.

Drugs don't make you happy, you make you happy. Personally I don't do drugs, and yet I seem as happy- if not happier -than those around me that do indulge in drugs.

Rate me down if you want. I'm speaking my mind. Enjoy your drugs if you want that. I just don't do it. But I don't mind it.
