I don't think you need Silver exactly to introduce the breaking-up frequency to the water. It could be anything cheaper, and I also have the way to do it without any additions to water, as well... And: you are right: todays car engines will burn ANY gas, with no problems, if you run few preservation lubricants first.
By the way exact right breaking-up frequency for the water is: 22Khz or so). And: signal must be SQUARE type wave.

just saying the 70 deg is the real deal if on convetional fuel . the plug valve edge temp would be though the strato sphere ..

Just to note, as well:
You can run any car 100% hydro, if you manage to feed into manifold, under terms that are friendly to your (one or two) oxygen sensors.
And: hydrogen burns much better than petrol, since: petrol has only 25% efficient combustion, in the case you didn't know.
First Tesla water car was invented back in 1900's.

this is not my own video but from Bill Willaims who claimed to run his truck 100% on this unit with alot more power then gasoline.
