At the end of this episode, an outtake was shown of this scene where Tim kept cueing the chainsaw sound effect, and Al broke down laughing!

@DrJekyll38 I know, it was a common occurrence to see them bust out as they cut for commercial or ending the show or just any point during the show. Some good honest folks there just having a good time, making a TV show worth watching.

binford is not a real company most of the binford tools that are there are craftsman makita etc but however if you go down to WDW MGM studios in orlando you can get shirts that say binford and home improvement on them because i got a binford shirt from there back in 2005
