  • This concert has been lost, except on VH1 Family Tree....where did you find it??

  • Bernie Leadon is a far better guitar player than coke head Walsh.

His contributions were far greater to the Eagles as both song writer and musician .

  • love you eagles ... thanks for all the good music that have changed my life .....

  • if you don't know the difference in Glen's voice and Don's voice, you're not a true Eagles fan. One is smooth and the other has a little gavel to it.

  • that B-bender is a potent weapon indeed in the hands of leadon...

  • This is the best Eagles line up as far as I am concerned.

  • @ACE008, thats silly. The band was formed in 1971. Joe Walsh didn't join the band till 1975 when original member Bernie Leadon left.

  • I was in my early 20's when this came out, and part of a very "successful" local university town group. This was what we aspired to. When I first heard this, I wanted to walk away - wanted to give it up - much like the first time, thinking myself a great guitar player, I heard Leo Kottke. But it doesn't go away - it never goes away, even after all these years and miles. All my buddies got rich/famous; I left and got educated. If you have something - really have it - claim it. Be true...

  • @1492tomato what band were you in

  • @acdczeppelinhalen1 I was with Kimmel, Kimball, and Riley, consisting of myself, Tom Kimmel and Jennifer Kimball who at that time was Tom's wife. (This was in Tuscaloosa.) Tom and Jennifer later became very successful singer/songwriters in Nashville. A few years previously, I had recorded an album of original material with the "Swampers" at Muscle Shoals. Google Tom Kimmel and you'll see the kind of talent I was privileged to play with.

  • i didnt know glenn sang lead in this song. i always thought it was don. anyhow, i love this song.

  • Wish this song done on Hell Freezes Over with Don Felder and Joe Walsh was on here. But alas the control freaks Frey and Henley won't allow it..Obviously they have never heard of "Fair Use" or the educational and historical significance that these songs bring to individuals/and or the millions who have bought Albums,Over-paid to see them Live..It's not all about you two guys..Have some respect for your fans..The song is 40 years old--Get Over It and make it available..

  • @circlewolf - IF ITS NOT JOE WALSH ITS NOT THE EAGLES Ô¿Ô

  • @ACEOO8 Now now, circlewolf...

  • goosebumps......no words to describe

  • de lo mejor.!!

  • jraysmi--- A magnificient group to listen to. beats much of the crap today

  • Where's take it easy from this same show? That video keeps disappearing..

  • They sound so good that you just feel like having a cold beer and sit outside enjoying the sun.

  • i like the Eagles music.....

  • Ah...Don Henley sportin' his mega-mellow Bob Ross doo! Let's paint this little western scene...

  • one of the best of great EAGLES real classic band they will always remain deep in my heart

  • The band that made history & music that will live forever.

  • MUSIC WITH BALLS!

  • Bernie Leadon gave this country rock the hippie sound indeed!

  • "Soft rock" at its best....a great group that will be remembered for classic tunes like this one.

  • WOW!!! Glen was hot back then!!!

  • @Indeejo Yes he was!!!!

  • One of their finest songs.

  • The early line up (this one ) is my fav, it's great when Bernie duffs the odd note, real honest music that will never be bettered.

  • Apparently one person has no taste...or heart.

  • Like it if good taste in music brought you here...

  • I love Glenn Frey!!!!!

  • 1 person doesnt have a peaceful easy felling.

  • Sounds/looks like a B-bender on that Tele. :)

  • These cats are killin it!

  • I can play it and sing it. Good times, babes love it. Well time to leave the 70 and 80's.

  • I've yet see anyone play that lead like Leadon Felder and walsh included,he's da man.

  • Please, come to the Philippines!!!!!!!

  • My boyfriend, now husband of 26yrs.sang this to me and made me fall in love...Peaceful Easy Feeling(s) still...Love this

  • omg I haven't heard this in soooo long. Thanks so very much for sharing.

  • Yay man, Randy Meisner!!!

  • it really doesn't get any better than that in life

  • great slow dance tune love it

  • is he using a b bender ?

  • THANK YOU

  • no dislikes :D this song is just too awesome

  • OH MY GOD - WHAT A MAN!!!!!!

  • So chill

  • Don't remember exactly when I first became aware of this song. I've always assossiated it with "Amie ", by Pure Prarie League, because the DJ in Syracuse kept playing both those songs every hour for months. Amazed I didn't become sick of hearing either one, like I got sick of most every other Eagles tune. Especially Hotel California. Was a great song, done to death, to the point that even today when I hear it my gag reflex gets going again. Oh well, this song still one of my favorites.

  • HEARTHEANGELSVOICES (An admirer of mine) is now listed in my profile. He's a bit angry inside, but I'm helping him with that. He's really a softy when he contacts me through my personal email. We are making progress and he is listening more. So please support him. He's trying. ;)

  • An older version, beautifully done.

  • Bernies lead sounds second rate to me

  • Make Love Not War!...Stoners Unite!.....oh sorry that was the 60's:)

  • WHO'S THE FREAK IN THE DARK BLUE T-SHIRT? ANYBODY?

  • @HEARTHEANGELSVOICES the guitarist on the right? bernie leadon

  • @HEARTHEANGELSVOICES Yes it's somebody Edison. It's one of the original Eagles line up. So it's either Bernie Leadon or Randy Meisner. I suspect it is Meisner as he is playing guitar and not bass. Both were there before Tim Smitt or Don Felder whom came later. Wow,... you just progressed from a 7 watt night lite bulb to a 25 watt refrigerator bulb! ;D

  • @Ghstwn - DIPSHIT - IT'S BERNIE LEADON NOT RANDY MEISER WHO AS WE ALL KNOW WAS THE ORIGINAL BASS PLAYER. YOU DO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BASS & A LEAD GUITAR EDISON? OR DO YOU? OBVIOUSLY NOT. EDISON - IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR BULB JUST BURNED OUT. WHAT DO YOU THINK DIPSHIT? DON'T BOTHER REPLYING. YOU'VE BEEN BLOCKED. ENJOY!

  • SPARKLING SONG.

  • My favorite song of all time!!!!!!!

  • I think It was released in Summer of '72.

  • Bernie is alive and well doing his own thing.I am proud to call him a friend,he just doesn't get into the limelight much anymore, but believe me...he can do whatever he likes.

  • @JNWhite53 Outside of the Eagles, when were his limelight days?

  • learn more about Jack Tempchin who wrote this at PeacefulEasyFeelingdotcom

  • What ever happened to Bernie Leadon? he was such a fine guitar player.

  • @bearing44 Bernie became a giant squid, or architeuthidae architeuthis, males of which can grow to 10 metres in length. They occur in all the world's oceans, especially near Newfoundland, the British Isles, all over La Jolla and Waimea Bay. His replacement, Don Felder, allowed the Eagles to capture a more rocking sound. Today Bernie leads a life of ease in the more frigid strata of the tropical seas. He and his friends often sing and dance around, because they know they can't be found.

  • @aaaaard Ha Ha,.. A little of Ringo's Octopuses Garden in there. Cute. Actually Bernie quit the band by famously pouring beer over Glen fry's head in 1975. He has since put out two,..yes, Just two. Solo albums, with a 27 year gap between them. ( I'm sure we all own a copy, right? LOL! ) Quiting the Eagles was a brilliant career boosting move for Bernie. As his chart busting solo hits prove. OPPS!!! Why am I suddenly thinking of Pete Best? "DOH!" ;D

  • I think 1973 not sure, I was a kid born in 62. wish adults would act like that today, but they don't.

  • Ah the real Eagles NICE :)

  • Recorded in 1973, I believe

  • @momajenn1 No.

  • what year was this recorded?

  • ...Goosebumps...
