  • If you really wanna stay visible and be seen at night i would suggest getting a Jacket like this which can be used during the winter time, or wear it as a wind breaker. I am referring to the Police/ Fire jacket that London Police wears. Its not against the law to have any jacket like that when riding a bicycle during the winter and or at night time.
