Great player! I still remember when my favorite team, Panathinaikos brought him to Greece... He is still the best basketball player to have ever played in Europe.

It's a pity he never wore an NBA champions ring. I'm sure he deserved it. He won a European championship with Panathinaikos in 1996, Paris. It was his first trophy! Unbelievable....

Simply the best in-game dunker period. The man was a dunking machine. the visual aspect is amazing, but NOBODY'S dunks SOUND like 'Niques. Had he played before break-away rims he would have shattered the backboard at least 50% of the time. Dunking for him was so easy he could do dunk competition dunks over 3 guys. AND he 90% of the time dunked off 2 feet which is much harder than gaining running momentum and flying off one foot. he must have the highest FPG average of all time(Facials Per Game)

gerald5green I'm only 5 6 and I dunk all the time in official games. I m in my school's varsity team and my dunking wows everybody (the girls lol). It was seriously really simple, I just used the special training workout over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com - anyone can do it

All of the video footage I have seen of Dominique Wilkins is great. However, most of it is the same footage. I know that 'Nique fans would love to see some of his early rookie highlights. 'Nique has victimized many NBA players. I am sure his fans and countless others would love to see those highlights.

This player is in the top 50 Players of All Time to me. One of the most onstoppable Scoring Small-Forwards of All Time. His only weakness was passing (also do to the fact he was the only good player in his team).He is in the top 31 PER too and top 67 EFF. That makes in a Top 50 no doubt. What an injustice the NBA has done not including him in the Top Small Forwards of All Time.
