Just in case another world's hottest pepper comes along, I would suggest using milk. This is because milk binds to capsaicin more tightly than capsaicin binds to your taste buds. When you drink the milk down, the capsaicin goes down with it. Only if there is a pepper that freaks you out too much, it's good to be prepared. :3 Oh, and cool that you did that. You're very tolerant. Pure capsaicin can kill you. I read that the people that find piquant foods enjoyable and not just painful actually get a high from the endorphins released as a pleasure trigger when they experience the burning reaction.
