Thank you so much for posting your great idea. My question is I followed your instructions but my pantyhose now a nosenet slips down and off my horse's nose. After you make the cut in the waistband what does that do and how do you keep the nosenet on your horses nose. Any help with perfecting this great idea would be most appreciated. Thank you.
pollen are like little mini flies and they will do their head back and do what that horse and that's not my bangs head sheaking syndrome suffer from pollen and has a net on his nose and had no problems with the pollen! !!!!!!!!!
I withheld annual vaccinations for 2 years and my horse no longer shakes her head- amazing for CA sunny summertime! I noticed the problem started after she received MANY vaccinations during her pregnancy- despite this, I was always told to keep vaccinating/vaccinate more etc.
Well he tried to eat the panty hose.. silly boy. BUT we did go back to our vet and he scoped his nose and found he had blockage on 1 side and put him on prednisone for 30 days, it has done wonders for him
Well he just kept trying to eat it. My vet found that he did have some sinus blockage and put him on Prednisone for 30 days and that has haelped him tremendously. Only thing I worry is if he has sinus problems I don't want to keep having to do that with him.
I don't use any herbs, just a simple pany hose and it helps. Before that, I have tried everything from magnetic therapy, homeopathy, equine dentist...but the only thing that 100% helps are pany hose. Try to use it and tell me how was it.

Wow, what exactly is this doing for the horse. Is it just a regular pair of panty hose? I have a 3/4 TB that does this, but worst issue is when stopping him using a 2 rein stop. Have tried everything with vet and chiropractor and equine dentist. Please help me. Also what are the herbs used.
Oh wow, please help me with this. I have a horse that we have tried everything with that shakes his head mostly at stops or if you pull back on the reins. vet has tried everything, recently steroids cause he thought he had a sinus issue. Is that just regular pany hose and what is the herbs used . Please helo because I dont want to get rid of him, he is the sweetest boy.
Beautiful horse :) My horse is a headshaker also, but is a photic headshaker, so a nose net did not work for him. I ended up using a mixture of 3 herbs (adaptogens) and he doesn't shake his head anymore :)
Thanks for sharing this videoo! More people need to know that it isn't always a behavioral issue.
Merci de votre post ! j'ai essayé sur mon cheval et c'est un miracle, nous pouvons enfin travailler. Merci Merci Merci

Hi,
I have a headshaker that moves just like your horse! How did you rig the nose net? Did you place it completly over his nose? Bottom and top?
I have a store purchased nose net, but it only covers the top of his nose, I've seen little difference.
Thanks!

Arabiansforever,
I sent you a PM :) It is a lengthy process to figure out which herbs are best for your horse, but trust me - it's worth it.

I've been noticing my poor boy is acting in a very similar fashion to what I am seeing here.
Thank you very much for your help, any and all information would be great, Karyn
