I actually heard him singing a different version of this song on a radio program reviewing the movie when it first came out, I forget most of it but it ended with "The income plus the outcome- it makes my fingers itch; no wonder I love animals, they make me very very rich". When I went and saw it, I heard the version here. I wonder when and why they changed it...

im sure people would agree that this movie sucks mostly from wat they seen in the Nostalgia Critic's review, which i agree, but i think that this should have been done in a different way, kinda make the doctor(yes i reframed from calling him by that stupid name) the main villain rather than the other two, mostly because they had a bit more focus of story on the girl rather than Tom and Jerry. but thats just me

@F1315NJ That's... actually an interesting idea. Had they made the doctor the main villian and Lickboot/Figg the side villians, it would have been a better way to focus on Tom and Jerry, and worked out.

@F1315NJ It might have saved it somewhat if the plot was more Tom and Jerry getting captured by this psycho and working together to get free.

Contrary to what NC said, Tom and Jerry HAVE talked before (Jerry more then Tom, actually narrarating a whole episode once.) and they HAVE been friendly to eachother once in a while. Main problem with the movie was- lets face it, not enough T&J doing what they were made famous doing.
