Why do you call it a curling wand? Wasn't that a curling iron? I thought the wands don't have the clip part. Just want to make sure before I go buy it

My hair is naturally curly but I curl it with the iron once a week because it gives it more of a "sleek look" and less frizz, it takes me about 2 hours (my hairs long and I have A LOT of hair) and the curls stay for the whole week :)

If you already have curly hair, (i do), and you just want to make fancy curls like this, just curl the top layer of your hair and it makes it much faster:). ----- i love your video by the way. I saw it and had to try it immediately!

I do these curls with the flexible rods. All you do is wrap the hair around the rod the same way!

First, let me say you did a fabulous job!!!!Second, you have the patience of several saints because I would have given up after 5 or 6 curls. Are you rolling the hair around the outside of the barrel and what do you do with the ends? Also, love the music in the background and was wondering the name of the pianist.

@JMcE1969 Yes, wrap the hair on the outside of the barrel do not clamp it down. Wrap the ends as well. My music is stock music that came with the editing software I use. Thanks for watching!!!

@YoBootyStinks I actually tried that off camera when I first started curling the hair and the glove kept frizzing and pulling the hair. So, it's actually better not to use one on this technique. Also, no need to put your hand on the wand the curls come out FAB w/o doing that. Thanks for watching!!!

@Only1Meya Yes, just a little spritz...1-2 sprays for the entire head. You don't want it to be too hard.

I just recently tried something similar to one of my straight wigs, except I bantu knot it (about 15 knots). I wasnt sure how the results would be but I loved it! They were nice sized spiral curls and its day two and they still look fab! You should try that as well, it took me about 20 mins to do, dry over night and 15 mins to finger comb the next day!
