Was the game meant to be scary or just ridiculously predictable? I heard that the 1st was scary & even put on some ppl's 10 scarest games. The only part that I liked was lvl 4 since it got me jumpy a couple times but the rest was way too repetitive. The games that I have played that actually got me scared through the 1st play through was FEAR & Condemned (I havent played any Silent Hill games). I feel sry for those people who actually bought it for $50-$60 when it first came out.

Agreed. There are plenty of guns and plenty of ammo. If you think this game is hard play COD on veteran and then tell us what is hard. The game is ok, there is some lack of ammo, but apart from that its a cake walk and took me 5 hours on Hard. I'd rate it about 6/10, zombies or graphics dont mean anything to me. Gameplay is important and this game didn't have bad gameplay.

it is very hard on hard, basically use the grenades for people running at you, or big swarms. The guys at the temple suck so they just look at you and use 1 bullet or 2 into their heads. They chase you if you don't 1 it kill them. The only concern is the rushing enemies. Pick them off ASAP. Pretty simple after 3 or 4 attempts. It is difficult, but you will generally get a working plan and should finish the mission in no time. =] Id be happy to post some form of guide on the Hard difficulty.

No, but there were a lot of black bag shit during the war. Actually this game takes it's cues from APOCALYPSE NOW with the Patrol Boat, replaying the tape with Cal's voice, and the bodies being strung about the temple. Not to mention 28 DAYS LATER with the bleeding, screaming, and running zombies.
