@Kobe24Everr, you're out of your damn mind. He wasn't better than either MJ, Magic or Jordan. Dr. J was good, sure, not even somewhat remotely close to being anywhere near Jordan.
i know magic aint known for defense. but if ur 6'9 i would expect him to at least attempt to block it, but he didnt, and i understand why...Dr.J was goin to dunk tat with or without magic in the picture
sickass dunk, my condolences to the johnson family for that dunk
GREATEST PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE EVER. I'm admittedly biased because he played in Philly (where I'm from), but I don't think any other athlete in sports has ever represented his team, city, organization or himself with as much dignity, class or professionalism; while being considered one of the greatest players and most athletic players at the same time. Where did his class and professionalism go? Are we the fans to be bereft of his legacy of professionalism forever? I wonder.
@jonbap426...however classy you may think he is, he did turn his back on his daughter that he had with his mistress...even after the DNA testing confirmed he was the father, he still didn't step up as a father figure for her...he also made some real trivial and petty comments about Kobe a few years ago... questioning his character...this coming from a guy who refused to accept his duty as a father, for a young women...not much dignity in that..is there?
@conni70 - I don't recall recommending him for sainthood, but I was referring to the way he carried himself as a PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE. Try not to read too deep into postings. Whatever he did outside the arena of sports is irrelevant to this posting.
