Those who are North and South of the equator would, over time, re-acquire light skin pigmentation. Likewise, if all black people ceased to exist, than eventually those living at the equator would "become black". That's how adaptation to environments works. Look at a picture of British people and French people. Brits typically have more prominant teeth, smaller chins, noticeable ears, and other noticeable differences. The society is different as well. If you examined their DNA you'd find unique genetic markers. The same goes with any city or village. The larger the group, the more DNA markers. But this is GRADUAL. There may be as few as around 20,000 years seperating poodles from wolves, and the difference in traits is MUCH larger than between human "races". My backup to this was the example of dogs which diverged from wolves far less than 50k years ago. I can't prove this to you over the internet anymore than I can prove that tides are caused by the gravity of the moon, or earthquakes are caused by tectonic plate movement, but none of these are contentious issues.
