I saw her later on the tour and she has improved! :) She gave a great show when I saw her! :)

A lot of people said that Whitney should have lip sync, instead of trying to sing live. Whitney will not sound like she did 20 years ago and that's a good thing. At least she can sing live. A true singer doesn't need to lip sing. A lot of the singers that lip sync can't even sing and by them sounding like their record at a concert, they aren't being true to their fans.
