I said I can't get to see all the steps being followed in the whole of their depth, but I don't think ANYONE is able to do so if they don't have all complete facts, which would require bills, finantial movementes, tapping into conversations with the main actors, having ALL the information. You forget the chronicles that "by divine decree" that land was handed to Israel AFTER invading it when they returned from Egypt.
