Puppies go through growth spurts as is, they get fat then lanky , eventually filling out. I wouldn't try to "enhance" growth. You don't begin to prime a toddler for the major leagues right? If you do a balanced diet and keep him/her active they will be fine.

@007hunkguy- It all depends. Bullies are very short, big heads, big shoulders and very muscular. American Pitbull Terriers are very tall, most of the time are bred for "game", not girth. Watch your puppy grow, and if it is tall, it probably has APBT in it. Sometimes bullies get tall, but just check the bloodline. :]
