Glad to see these videos posted. Of course, one needn't use a stability ball. I have a set of dumbbells - 1, 2 and 3 kg pairs -- and do these same exercises either seated and bent over in a standard chair or standing. And we all know how to do pushups without a ball. :)
Still, great to follow these workouts when I have little time for much else and no excuse to not do 8 minutes!
There is no standard size--whatever challenges you but still allows you to do the exercise in good form. Start with a lower weight and gradually work up.
are these workouts for pregnant women? I didnt know it was okay to lay on the stomach.
