EXACTLY! This is why I don't understand Americans! The whole church and state thing... they pretty much make it legal for someone to get married to whomever they choose just by that first ammendment! It's more obvious than the South African constitution which allowed for no discrimination, so WHY don't Americans have gay marriage yet? It doesn't make sense!
