  • It seems that daerp agrees with me about Bob Brookmeyer artistic values as being a pianist and a trombonist at the same time.That's great,and I love it.I love Bob's musical compositions for big band and other musical units.Praise the LORD.

  • This Two Part Suit is a big one from the PEN OF BOB BROOKMEYER.He's a concert pianist.He's good with what he does .He does music good.REAL NICE THING HE DID WITH GIL EVANS' PORGY@BESS MUSIC.

  • Yeah. Bob Brookmeyer plays piano, but he is a valve trombonist and one of the great composers of our time.
