I really like you. The guitar community needs more real people like you. And, in your humble approach, you are probably better than almost all of them anyway!
I have always wanted to be needed! Whether I am actually needed might be a matter for debate! It is interesting, when I first started I wanted to play in certain way, but ended up with something else altogether! Hopefully, I sound like I am having fun when I play.
When I first watched your Tasteful Playing and then the What would Allen Play vid, it took me a while to see you were jabbing at them, and I found them hilarious in later viewings, this partly because of my denseness, but also you are a very good player. (Compared to me, anyways, I can't pick at all.) But I like this video, may be I can approach picking differently. Thanks again Fransciscoau.
I was also having a good old laugh at myself too. When things get too serious it becomes, well, boring! Hopefully this video can help, I mean, if I can do it, I think most people can do it. Picking did not come naturally to me at all, you just have to build on strengths and think outside the box.
Very helpful, i watched both your videos on picking and i found it very interesting and it helped me to relies the pentatonic scale is sweepable.
I normally fly around the pentatonic scale from adjacent strings but can never get to the top of the scale to the bottom quick enough to give the end of a song a very powerful finish and now i have my answer.
