if you were going to make a video look as real as possible then surely you wouldn't put clothes on the creature. the way that creature blinked has got me wondering.i hate to say it but it looks real even though some have said its been debunked. its not CGI so how do you get such a realistic blinking motion?

@019208237: Thanks for your input. I think its interesting that when someone "debunks" a case...their info is considered "fact" - regardless of the source. However, when someone counters the debunkers info, their info is ignored or completely discounted...even if their sources are disclosed and irrefutible. Debunkers, for whatever reason, seem to get a "free pass" and are never required to meet THEIR OWN criteria for proof.

In any case, I believe it did have tiny slits above its mouth that would be what we call nostrils. However, the slits were closed or so thin that they appeared closed, so they could not be easily seen. There were no ears, but in the area where an ear would be, there seemed to be a round feature that looked like it would have been where the creature received sound.

I have copies of his West Seattle High year books that came from the school book repository in Seattle. It is unmistakenly him in the pictures...and the name listed is John Rutter. The eyes in the viewfinder he was looking through would have only comprised of a couple pixels...so it was simply too small to be seen. It was only LATER, when he was reviewing the footage that one of his friends pointed out to him that the creature was blinking.
@patrick1186 It can't be a reflection...because multiple blinks occurs when the camera is barely moving. A reflection could only occur in response to significant camera movement...and it certainly wouldn't seem to pulse while the camera is basically still in the same position.

What I can't wrap my head around is how this small spindly alien 'ripped apart' a large dog. It has no claws, and doesn't look that strong. There is no blood on it, and doesn't look injured from the attack. Has the dog's remains been recovered and observed?

Well this is a real alien i know this for a fact. Creatures race and details im keeping disclosed, for one the alien is extreamly young for the race. 2012: When is the last time you were clubbed over the head with a tree branch? Probably never. So you wouldn't know that severe head trauma causes extreme light sensitivity. It wasn't affected in the woods UNTIL it got smacked in the head.

I see that as well but it is very hard to tell if that is an optical illusion or not. The thermal blanket creates reflections around the edges of the creature's head that make it difficult to distinguish what is really happening. However, since the blinking is happening away from the edges of the head, it is quite easy to be certain it is real and not an optical illusion...especially in the enlarged video segments.

I have copies of his West Seattle High year books that came from the school book repository in Seattle. It is unmistakenly him in the pictures...and the name listed is John Rutter. But to me, that has nothing to do with determining if this case is real or not. It is the evidence and the evidence alone.

@jamamanjamh13: He did not realize it was blinking WHILE he was filming. He was looking through a very tiny viewfinder and he could not see that it was blinking at the time. The eyes in the viewfinder he was looking through would have only comprised of a couple pixels...so it was simply too small to be seen. It was only LATER, when he was reviewing the footage that one of his friends pointed out to him that the creature was blinking.

@patrick1186 It can't be a reflection...because multiple blinks occurs when the camera is barely moving. A reflection could only occur in response to significant camera movement...and it certainly wouldn't seem to pulse while the camera is basically still in the same position.

Well this is a real alien i know this for a fact. Creatures race and details im keeping disclosed, for one the alien is extreamly young for the race. He probably was doing a project on eather for a learning study. There extreamly strong at any age they have vocal cords so the scream is real even for that race getting wacked on the head may be a little extreame, basicly a primitive hitting a god, but there a race that isnt to well liked.

Joan, I just want to say thank you for posting this on here. I see you have many videos reguarding Dr Reed and assume you must have either a close tie to the man or a great interest in his story. To date the Travis Walton story has been my favorite but I think I now have a new favorite......besides my own story of course. If you view the footage in the woods Freddy was aware and awake then! He opens his eyes several times. Indeed he played dead for a long while! Why didn't he get up and try to flee? Prehaps when his "Link" came off he couldn't get back anyow or defend himself and he knew it was lost. The more I watch these vids and given that the creature let him hit it, it seems that the creature was fully controlled by a higher intelligents communited through that wrist band. well its been theorized that the nano-technology, that was later found in the samples of the brain that Dr. Reed had tested in Japan, is the reason for it's eye blinking. there is overwhelming evidence to suggest that this was not a hoax. If you watch a video of when he first encounters the creature, when he get's close to the craft or even points at it the tape starts messing up, which means that there is an electro magnetic field coming from the craft. Like I said, could not be a hoax.

2012: When is the last time you were clubbed over the head with a tree branch? Probably never. So you wouldn't know that severe head trauma causes extreme light sensitivity. It wasn't affected in the woods UNTIL it got smacked in the head.
Regarding the "Fire in the Sky" creature...sorry but you are wrong. I have done a side by side comparison and they aren't even REMOTELY close to looking like each other. I won't waste my time talking about that issue further. It's just a waste of my time.

I see that as well but it is very hard to tell if that is an optical illusion or not. The thermal blanket creates reflections around the edges of the creature's head that make it difficult to distinguish what is really happening. However, since the blinking is happening away from the edges of the head, it is quite easy to be certain it is real and not an optical illusion...especially in the enlarged video segments.
