Oh, don't put the sugar scrub under running water or submerge it in water. It will melt away immediately. I love them. I turn the water off in the shower or stand in the tub, then scrub with it, then put it away from the water and then rinse off. Hope that helps. But I really like them!

Great video! Thanks for the update that the Union Square store has the sugar scrubs. My last visit to a LUSH in the city was the Union Square one, since it is closest to my parents and I was visiting them. I have also been to the Herald Square one (my very first visit to LUSH) and the Upper West Side Store. It's hard to judge which is my favorite since I've only been to the upper west side one more than once. Just subscribed recently..looking forward to checking out your other videos. Annette

every time I've been in the herald sq lush it's been super crowded! and when I checked the google maps for lush they pinned it wrong on the map. I walked all the way to 2nd ave trying to find it.

Yeah, the one time I was at Herald Square it was really crowded!! And it's small, so crowded makes it very hard to maneuver. The few times I've been to the upper west side store, it has not been crowded. I haven't been to the Soho store yet...have you tried that one yet? OMG 2nd Ave, that map was REALLY off!!!

I just discovered the Candles by Victoria site, so I am going to check out your videos on that. Is it tons of fun being a tester??
