    That is a very challenging, I can barley do it modified, that's on my knees that is, and was very difficult to do!!

    I tried it on my knees with a bar-bell, and was able to do few repetitions, like 7 reps and crashed aftterwards!

    So, you are way up there, and much younger too :)

  • I am not saying I can do this but try it with your feet up on something small so that your knees never touch the ground.

  • This exercise is actually more difficult when the legs don't touch the ground. When the legs touch the ground, tension is temporarily reduced. I'm not saying that what he's done is not impressive, as it is, but it is much more difficult to do this without touching the ground. It is even more difficult to pause at the end (legs not touching the ground), adding an isometric twist to the exercise.
