@Sironthemage The mind doesn't have an ability because everything goes through the mind anyway. I think the ability you're looking for would be Clairscentience - which is talked about in the "Developing Ability 14" video.

Tactile is the physical sensation of "touch." So no, that would not apply unless is comes in the sense of pressure or sensation on the skin directing to a location.
