what a load of ott bs..........4mins on how to hold and shoot a gun lol i bet the course is 4hrs on holdin guns. what im getting at is kids in the middle east dont need to be be told how to 'hold a gun' yeh it iproves accuracy but you dont need this middleaged ass to do it.
I find holding the gun arms straight out and rigid is very exhausting and tiring. He should try to keep the gun closer to his chest with his arms slighty bent. Just enough give and take so that everytime you shoot your arms are not flying up and back.
This guy shoots this .45 like most people at their best can shoot a 9mm. Iv'e trained with alot of people but never with someone who can shoot like that. I'm gonna adopt this stance and grip on this 4 day handgun training event I'll attend this weekend and let ya'll know how it turns out.
@UrbanCombatSurvivor What he is saying is that the front site should be crystal clear and the target should be out of focus. You can't focus on both clearly but the only way to control the gun is to have a sharp picture of your front site. You can adjust the gun.. you can't adjust the target. You want front site focused sharp the rear site follows and the target will be fuzzy in the distance.
@lawenforcementrant Thank you for making that more clear. I've asked a few people about this since seeing the video, and have gotten mixed answers, it seems it's a personal opinion/preference thing?
Fantastic video! I learned at least 10 things i was doing wrong the first time I watched this. My grouping wasn't bad before, I Can't wait to use this at the range and get it locked in to muscle memory.
I have been using that support hand grip for years. I tell you I qualify at 100 to 95 % I use a sig .357 with a dak trigger.. with a tactical hand grip for recoil reduction and it reduces hand from sweating. First time watching your video, great job.
Think I just found out why I shooting to the left.

Are you saying in this video that my vision should be focused on the SITES rather than the target?
