Hi, my english is very bad, so.. I prefer speak in Spanish, ok?
From Spain:
Chicos, muchas gracias. Lo habeis hecho genial y me habeis ayudado mucho. Estoy preparando esta escena (Soy edmond) y despues de veros, creo que sé exactamente lo que voy a hacer. Muchas muchas gracias!!!! Y animo, que lo haceis genial...
Hey Peymon, great work. Agree as well about the actor, too young and good looking but after all it was just an exercise. Really great work with the credits at the end.
I just finished watching Stuart Gordon's version and have to say it was absolutely terrible. So I'm glad you made me appreciate this story, even if just a little after watching that movie. Have you seen and what did you think?
thanks~ I really like how the credits turned out too. I actually like the Stuart Gordon version a lot. Pretty amazing that they stuck with the original play with minor changes. And WHMacey is perfect of course... I tried 'adapting' it in film school, totally butchered it. Such a great play... why didn't you like Gordon's version?
In addition to this short, I've also seen a production of Edmond in Los Angeles and the film adaptation by Stuart Gordon. It's great to see how different each version played this scene out and how each of them still retain the power of the writing, in addition to playing to the director's strength. Great work!

You know, I wasn't a fan of the camera direction or the credits, but I liked everything else. The acting really wasn't that bad.

Very nice scene from a great play, very well made. The actor who played Edmond was good but sounded a bit country as opposed to urban, upper MC.

not bad, especially given all your obvious limitations.
and yes, the ending credits were super-cool.

This was shot with a Hi-8?? It looks like film a bit. Amazing. Was the image altered in some way? Post-production?

William H. Macy owned this scene. This actor was pretty good too. The chick is hot.

Mark Collier makes those swearings sound so cute.
It's pretty funny to hear him say those things, while in ATWT he played the oh-so-sweet Mike Kasnoff.
Gotta love their acting skills.

WELL done. My only nit: This actor is way too good-looking to be so angry and out of touch with the world.
But, hey, it's called acting.
I'd LOVE to see you do a scene from SPEED-THE-PLOW!

haha, i agree actually - probably needs to be a bit older and "kicked-around-by-the-world" looking~
