is it part of the project that you HAVE TO reproduce a scene from an exsisting film, or you just don't get bothered about creating something new. Didn't mean to sound mean, but i could see loads of scene remakes and i can't really see the point.

I thought we had to do it cut for cut exactly like the original, so that's what we did. And sometimes I'm pretty anal about the rules. Regardless, it was a decent exercise. For me the most educational part was finding the right channels to get permission to film there.
