Yeah, I noticed the same thing when I first saw this scene. Deidre Hall wore two different pajamas. I guess they wanted it to be more romantic and the ones she went to bed in did not do the trick.

They do that alot,remember when Doc was possessed and at the morgue she was wearing PJ'S and then the next scene he takes her to the church and she's in a nighgown,lol.

Hey it could happen! I know I wake up at least 4 times a night to change my pj's! I try to find the most SEXILIOUS pair I have, just in case my husband wakes me up to cook steaks too! Ha ha! Hey, it could happen, knowing my husband I have a better chance of getting hit by a flying pig! Ha ha!
