I reckon Terry's a better man than his carry on with the council might suggest. He's been invited to join the neighbours and visitors on the verge for a drink but he's piked out. Full marks to the Stirling City council though for their support. They've helped with traffic flow and obviously value the joy that Christmas lights foster in the community. Hats off to Councillor Elizabeth Re and Mayor David Boothman.
