when u put ur arms on the ground for the roundoff . bring ur feet closer to ur hands to get ur body straight and hit ur vertical before u flip .

well me i find round off backflip harder like u go 100 times higher but it takes more effort lol backflip on the spot is easyer for me dont get me wrong i like round of backflips u can do like 7 wien u do that

well round off gives u some nice speed to your flip and it's easier, cause in the backflip on the spot u are standing and u have no momentum
