Storyline: Sub-zero wakes up in the morning, then gets up to eat his breakfast, and sees a peculiar ad for "Shampoo". Scorpion interrupts, but beforehe could fight him he gets interrupted by his phone ring. Then he needs to leave. Meanwhile, Johnny Cage is acting for A movie, and when he realizes that the movie was called the death of johnny cage (after screwing up,) he gets frustrated and ball breaks the director. Liu kand is practicing moves in a shed, and raiden appears to tell him something,

but gets a papercut and a headache, so raiden leaves. Meanwhile, Sub-Zero is leaving to go to his meeting at the Lin Kuei, and Johnny Cage picks him up. They argue in the car for a bit. Meanwhile, Reptile is just laying around, the pit bottom backround behind him. Then Shang appears and tells him about the shampoo plan. But Baraka is busy with his cooking show.

Sub zero and Johnny cage meanwhile, stop, and find Liu Kang and Jax sitting at the meeting table. Liu Kang says he has a date with Kitana. Liu kang is wondering where she is when mileena shows up actually, And things get bad! Kung Lao then shows up at Liu's house, telling him that hos hat had to be washed, after questioned about it, then finds kitana behind him. They talk about killing shang, and Lao being a better desendant. Sub and Cage show up, and liu kang and kitana tell of the date mixup.

Then Sub freezes Liu Kang, and Cage almost gets hit by a fan throw as they run away. Then Cage finds out he got a ticket. But realized it was a message from Raiden. They had to meet him. They then drive over to the field to find reptile instead of raiden. Johnny Cage goes to an important job meeting, and su is left to fight him. After a battle of elements and hurling insults, Sub zero emerged victorious, and Reptile retreats. Cage and Liu run into the battle and knock against eack other.
