In this sketch, Kevin's 'answering their questions' by drawing nonsensical images.

Close to the end, they realize that he's not following through with answering the questions, and feels that he's not qualified for the job.

That's when he drew the tombstones, and quoted, "I can't believe they fired me", meaning that he'll kill them if they don't hire him.

He was supposed to be nuts in this skit.
