Saints Rows has gangs like the saints, the rollers, and doesnt have graphics like this. in saints row 2, the have the saints, the ronin, the samedi, and the brotherhood. no blue gangs at all. I dont own any GTA yet, so I can't say if its a GTA game. but definitely not Saints Row. that game is fun and murderous but fake gang names and nothing to do with Blood or Crips.
