I cry every time I hear this song...it remind me of an old family friend who I was close too and she died from cancer about three years ago and I didn't even get to say goodbye:( and so I wait for the day she'll tell me she will always love me...cause before she died it was like two years since I saw her last. My sweet 16 didn't go well because I was waiting for her to show up every time the door opened...:(

Disney has some of the greatest music of all time, nobody seems to realize this, it's like Mozart, or the Beatles, it can and should last forever, because it's some of the best. People say that there is no good music any more, with all the auto-tune, and synthesizing, but just look at the Disney music (not the pop music, the movie music), it sends chills down my spine every time i listen to it, and that's something I can't say for almost any other songs
Boy, when I first saw this movie, I went into my attic to look for my box of old toys. As I went through them, I realized that putting them up there was never my idea. had my parents not made me, I would have been playing with them even into my 20's. but, now they seem just a bit less fun than they did back then, so I gave them to a daycare near my house. Last time I checked, they still get played with the way they should.

oh toy story, you're so wonderful. I remember when I saw the third movie, at the end, there was this guy, probably in his thirties with his two little children and he was absolutely bawling at the end. It makes me think that disney is not just for kids. when we get older, we understand the hidden meanings even more and we appreciate them more. Thank you Disney/Pixar for maing life perfect.

I remember growing up watching Toy Story when I first saw it I was 5 years old, now 22 and I remember watching the second one and now finally the last, watching the last one made me go back in time when i used to play with my toys and everything was so simple but growing up was harded then leaving my toys, the last movie made me realize that even though you grow up you can still look back and recall your beautiful childhood memories as kid...thanks Disney for making this movies.

I found my favorite stuffed cat back in 1998 after watching this movie. I was 6, and I told her I'd never send her away. I'm almost 20 now, and I still have her.

Just to let you know, my office chair and no one elses belongs were damaged and I got my office chair back. My dad felt sorry for me, but only told me that their girls everywhere (something that my mom reprimands him for this very day). My mom gave me a long hug and said "Honey as Rochelle from Everybody Hates Chris said once, You can only be who you are. If she doesn't want you for being you then you don't want her".

I have a stuffed Raccoon. I got him when i was six. I named him "Bichito" which means "little bug" in Spanish. I slept with Bichito every night...when i felt bad i would give him a good squeeze, i would take him everywhere. If i went on a sleepover, he'd come with me. I still have him. I used to talk to him, and imagine what he'd reply. To me, he had life. I cried when mom had to open him up and stuff him some more. Still sleep with him. Hope i never stop. It's amazing how toys can be friends.
I used to have a sock monkey that I always loved and took everywhere with me. But then I started to drift away from it, and couldn't find it after that, Then I came to this song 6 years later, and I thought of him. 1 day after I heard this, I found him hanging out under my bed in a box. Now it's always on my bed, and I will keep him there for a long time.

I remember when I was little I had this giant pillow with a panda on it, I adored that pillow I did everything with it, (napped on it, had tea parties together, rode down the stairs on it) but then one of the cats peed on it and my aunt gave it away. I never really let myself get to close to any other toys after that. I still have my baby blanket though, my grandma made it, and on really bad days I just curl up with it and remember the good times. Thanks Disney for being there when you were.
my brother had a stuffed dog when he was born my brother is now 25 and he dosen't really care for the dog anymore so i stole dogga from his room and no he's safe in mine sitting on the end of my bed!

I remember growing up watching Toy Story when I first saw it I was 5 years old, now 22 and I remember watching the second one and now finally the last, watching the last one made me go back in time when i used to play with my toys and everything was so simple but growing up was harded then leaving my toys, the last movie made me realize that even though you grow up you can still look back and recall your beautiful childhood memories as kid...thanks Disney for making this movies.

Just to let you know, my office chair and no one elses belongs were damaged and I got my office chair back. My dad felt sorry for me, but only told me that their girls everywhere (something that my mom reprimands him for this very day). My mom gave me a long hug and said "Honey as Rochelle from Everybody Hates Chris said once, You can only be who you are. If she doesn't want you for being you then you don't want her".

Note to all you guys out there. Do not sing or listen to this song if you're girl has just broken up with you, cheated on you, or (for the grown men), if your woman cancelled the engagement due to finding another man or you have been just recently divorced from the one you were madly in love with. My girlfriend one time broke up with me, I heard this song, threw my office chair off of the balcony of my apartment and cried. I mean literally my face was extremely moistened with tears.

this makes me wanna cry my mother wasnt really there for me when im upset or when need her she would always just push me away but it wasnt always like that when i was very little she used to read me bedtime stories sing me lullabies and just hold me close to her but when she got remarried all those moments just went way like she replaced me now that im older and now living with my real dad and havent heard of her once

This song reminds me of "my" horse. Although she technically isnt mine, she's my trainers, ive been with her since she rescued her, i helped nourish her back to health. Skinny and mistreated, now, my big beautiful black Tb mare is as pretty as ever, now I've moved, an hour away, I only get to see her every other weekend about, I miss my girl and...this song <3

Makes me think of a daughter being close to her mother when she was a child then her mother pushing her away or the daughter growing old and moving away and the mom not calling or keeping in touch then the mom falls ill and they get together again and then the mom dies and this is the song she sings at the funeral.

I cry every time I hear this song... I'm not afraid to say that I still have a teddy bear that I've had since I was still a baby in the hospital... I'm 14 now and am still saying that I will never sell/get rid of him... He's my Woody and Buzz... I hug him close and cry when I listen to this song

I have a stuffed Raccoon. I got him when i was six. I named him "Bichito" which means "little bug" in Spanish. I slept with Bichito every night...when i felt bad i would give him a good squeeze, i would take him everywhere. If i went on a sleepover, he'd come with me. I still have him. I used to talk to him, and imagine what he'd reply. To me, he had life. I cried when mom had to open him up and stuff him some more. Still sleep with him. Hope i never stop. It's amazing how toys can be friends.

I used to have a sock monkey that I always loved and took everywhere with me. But then I started to drift away from it, and couldn't find it after that, Then I came to this song 6 years later, and I thought of him. 1 day after I heard this, I found him hanging out under my bed in a box. i had a best friend, we did everything together, her and her brother, they tort me how to cycle and swim, something i do everyday. but then our parents had a fight and they moved away. i havnt seen them in four years now and every time we call them they are always "busy" and we dont know where they live :( :( :( :( i sometimes cry because i miss them so much :'(

I think of my best friends and my story when I hear this. I hate to even mention mine 'cause of the beautiful song. But in the storyline, basically a guy and girl spent fel in love, and its in the point of view of the guy always remembering her and talking about when she loved him. I know its a woman singing but I just thought it was so like that. But anyway love this song and the movie, long live good ole disney!

I remember when I was little I had this giant pillow with a panda on it, I adored that pillow I did everything with it, (napped on it, had tea parties together, rode down the stairs on it) but then one of the cats peed on it and my aunt gave it away. I never really let myself get to close to any other toys after that. I still have my baby blanket though, my grandma made it, and on really bad days I just curl up with it and remember the good times. Thanks Disney for being there when you were.
