I don't know if you use iTunes or something similar (it shouldn't matter really), but the pause won't matter. Just rip it from YouTube, then change the "End Time" to right after the song ends (or whenever), and any portable media player or computer will play it through like a regular file. You can even add Fade In's and Fade Out's if you like.

Beyond that, Skinless win the lyrics battle each and every time: Cannibal Corpse's lyrics are gory and full of death and blah blah which can be fun to listen to, but the shock value erodes after quite a few listens. Skinless tend to be very critical of the tendendcies of humanity to ruin everything around us, and for that I like what they do a little bit more than CC.
