...but it's so very revealing to end with the quote, "buffer us against stress" as if though its a battle between us and the stress that we are "against". When one finds the cause of stress at it's root, there is no us and it, because the "us" that we think we are, maintaining that, is stress itself. @ 0:42- 0:52 is the key.
@DastardlyDimwit I believe you are very right, this guy is way too into describing the "emotions" into rediculous extremes, and he looks insecure in my opinion. There are a few exceptions like Wayne Dyer who really walks his talk and explains so well.
