I enjoyed this piece. I do have a question (which I will probably look up on the 'net) What is the average age of the residents there? Thank you for your work in making and posting these videos. שבוע טוב, קלי לבה
@KellyLeebaKinseth I've been living in Ariel for about 2 years, I just turned 30 the other day, and one of the things that I like about Ariel is that it's generally a younger community. I don't know the numbers, but I look around the Beit Knesset and the community that I am a part of and in general the age range seems to be 25-40.
I thought Ariel was Jerusalem. Is this a 2nd Ariel or were there always two Ariels? Sounds a lot like Cedar City, Utah, where I lived for about 6 months.
@IWannabeJew You are right to a point. Ariel is the name of the Temple built by our King Salomon in Jerusalem and to be rebuilt there again with G-d's help. Ariel means Lion-God and refers to the shape of the Temple broad and tall in the front and narrow and lower in the back. The city in Shomron has the same name as did Ariel Sharon who the city was later named for.
@KellyLeebaKinseth I am sorry that I do not have a figure for you on average age of residents in Ariel.

@Haivri I've never before heard that about the Lion-like appearance of the architecture. Interesting, because I see it as something different.
