Junior, several times on the series, says 'we don't run'. Except in the episode where tony (as a kid) sees his father and janice at the carnival getting busted, Junior runs.

How do these made mafia guys manage to have licensed firearms and permits to carry. I remember when Tony was busted for dumping his piece in the snow and some kid finding it. How do they get gun permits with criminal records(which they have)?
@79Testo Logic has no place on TV shows. Just like how Paulie killed a few guys, left fingerprints everywhere, but wasn't caught in the apartment raid he did in season 6.
